Hello,
in the recent months there has been a series of users, who did not receive our email with their license code and who did not even receive those emails, which were sent subsequently after their reminders.
All affected users are located in France and all affected users used an email address hosted by @free.fr for their Internet order.
For the first time we are currently considering to block orders in our shop, if a certain email provider (in this case free.fr) is being used.
Before we do this I would like to ask all users in France, not to use free.fr as email provider, if possible, when you communicate with us and in particular, when you order something from us.
I recommend to use always a reliable email provider for important issues and in particular for Internet orders.
Those of you, who are waiting for license codes or other important information, and who use @free.fr as email service should contact us as soon as possible and provide us a reliably working email address hosted by another provider.
