from time to time users do not receive our email with their license code and who do not even receive those emails, which we send subsequently after their reminders.
In the moment email addresses hosted by the following providers are affected:

@btopenworld.com
These services do not reliably transmit emails from us to the recipients.
To our regret we have to ask all users, not to use these services as email provider, when you communicate with us and in particular, when you order something from us.
Email addresses hosted by the above services are currently locked in our shop.
I recommend to use always a reliable email provider for important issues and in particular for Internet orders.
Those of you, who are waiting for license codes or other important information, and who use one of the above addresses as email service should contact us as soon as possible and provide us a reliably working email address hosted by another provider.
Our e-mails may also be wrongly sorted out as spam. In this case, as a precaution, you should include our domain freiwald.com in your whitelist for emails that you absolutely want to receive or, if necessary, inform your email provider otherwise accordingly.
