due to given circumstances, I would like to give you the following information:
After purchase, the license codes for our software will be sent by email. In most cases on the day of purchase or a day later.
However, we receive reminders every day - really every day - about the delivery of purchased license codes, even though they were sent by email days or weeks before. And more and more reminders recently.
The emails in question are sent automatically and without any typos. This may be why the systems of some users keep filtering them out as spam.
You will save yourself unnecessary waiting times and could start using the purchased software much sooner if you would take a look at your spam filter or spam folder after purchase and at the latest before sending us a reminder. Don't forget the mailbox on your server - if accessible.
You should always keep this in mind when ordering something online.
