+Hardware™ 10

+Hardware™ 10 is an extension for TrainController™ and TrainProgrammer™ Version 10.

The +Hardware™ 10 extension can be used free of charge with all full versions¹⁾²⁾ of TrainController™ and TrainProgrammer™ purchased from June 1, 2023. To existing users of version 10 of both programs the +Hardware™ 10 extension is offered at a moderate upgrade price.

With +Hardware™ 10 digital systems or functions of digital systems can be used, which were included into the software after the last major upgrade of the Railroad & Co.™ software.

No special software needs to be downloaded or installed from the Internet to use +Hardware™ 10. The functions of +Hardware™ 10 are built into TrainController™ and can be activated there if needed.

In addition to the systems listed here the following digital systems can be used with +Hardware™ 10:

Uhlenbrock Intellibox 2neo
Uhlenbrock USB and WLAN Interface
Tams mc²
Lodi-S88-Commander LX (for occupancy indication)

Furthermore +Hardware™ 10 allows to use certain features of systems listed here, which cannot be used, when +Hardware™ 10 is not installed:

Control of accessory aspects via "DCC extended accessories"
Roco Z21 and compatible systems: Control of engine functions F29 to F68
Roco Z21 and compatible systems: more than 32000 engine functions via "binary states"
Roco Z21 and compatible systems: Monitoring and control of boosters on the CAN bus (including boosters with two output stages)
Uhlenbrock USB and WLAN Interface: in addition to USB, also LocoNet over TCP
Lenz Turning Track
Train identification can be used for shunting or line up in a block with one single occupancy sensor
Stärz ZS2+: Control of engine functions F17 to F32

The term full version refers to the first (base) license of TrainController™ or TrainProgrammer™.
+Hardware™ 10 is not included in licenses for upgrades from previous versions to current versions of TrainController™ or TrainProgrammer™.

The license of +Hardware™ 10 included in a full version of a program only covers use with this program.
+Hardware™ 10 is therefore not included in licenses for upgrades from lower editions of TrainController™ to higher editions of TrainController™ (such as an upgrade from TrainController™ 10 Bronze to TrainController™ 10 Gold).
